Christmas 2007

Olivia was 5 weeks old last year this time. I just can't believe how fast this past year has gone. Merry Christmas everyone!

How to get down.....

Olivia is getting very experimental now that she is walking. Changing how she bends over, gets up and even goes down the few stairs we have. She does a great job and needs very little help. I love hte butt up in the air... classic!

12-19-2008 Nana's Birthday!

Friday my mom turned "39"... and we ate at Red Lobster and then back to her house to open presents. Food was sooo good, it is our favorite place to eat and Olivia did wonderful! Mom got so many wonderful things and of course the majority were ornaments. She loves them! She got a fleece blanket from dad, ornaments, she got ornaments and a calendar from Olivia, Travis got her more ornaments and The Price is Right Wii game! Robin got her some ornaments too... can you see the theme? Happy Birthday Nana... we love you!

Christmas with Ryley & Hunter

Thursday night we went over to Chris' house and delivered our presents for them to open. I called earlier that day and talked to Ryley, told him that I had talked to Santa and since he said they had been good I was going to bring over our presnets... he was excited instantly. Ryley got a remote control tank, Pirate activity book, slinky, and a new long sleeved shirt. Hunter got a remote control spider, Pirate activity book, slinky and a new long sleeved shirt. They enjoyed everything and it was nice to be able to see their faces. The excitement is so worth it!

Our Christmas Present from Jennifer!

My one boss Jennifer bought Olivia a Christmas present... she is so thoughtful! It was the Anne Geddes Bee baby and a book signed by the author to Olivia. She loves her bee... carries her around... pats her back. I just think it is so cute because Olivia's room is in bees and her halloween costume was a bee and her birthday theme was bees... need I say more? Thanks Jen... I am so luck to have great a great boss!!

Walking Like a Pro

Olivia is officially walking around the house... she goes from room to room, falls down, is able to stand back up and walk again. I am trying to get a video to post... but hard at times. I can say she is at around 80% for walking and still crawls about 20% of the time. I like to see her taking chances and isn't afraid to try. She is getting so big.... it kills me how fast these last 13 months have gone.... ughhh!!!

Tonight!

Tonight Olivia and I played... giggled..... and snuggled!! I love to watch her... I could just watch her for hours. She investigates things, turns things over and looks inside. Now that she is taking steps on her own we find her walkin from the coffee table to the chair, one toy to another, me to Aaron... and so on. She is really starting to take risks and we love watching her learn and get excited when she realizes she is in the middle of the room with no one or nothing to hold on to! She is wearing her pj's that Nana Mangas got her... they say What Santa Doesn't Bring Me, Grandma Will! Very cute and just love them on her.

Catching Up!

I've been really bad here lately at posting pictures and writing in Olivia's daily journal. Tomorrow night Aaron is home and I hope I'll have some free time then to catch up in writing in her journal! Here are some randoms from the past 2 weeks. Olivia is hard to get a picture of... she either is on the move or coming for the camera. Tonight we had so much fun, I have a video to download... her giggling and then a little of her walking. The wind is so loud tonight... tomorrow they are calling for 50 mph winds and then icy conditions on Wednesday... brrrrrrr!! I hate leaving the house when it is that cold out!
