My New Vera!
BBQ with friends 4.25.2009
Tonight we went to a BBQ at Brian, Jess and Paige's house. Other friends came too, lots of food to be shared by everyone. We brought home made mac & cheese. Olivia did a great job playing and entertaining herself. The girls are so much fun to watch... I just love seeing them together. The girls had their hair done the same and in cute short outfits! Olivia is wearing a new outfit that my mom got her and I found matching clips that we had already... they matched her outfit perfectly! I can't wait to start getting her in all her new summer clothes! These pics are taken with my kodak... the Nikon is still charging and I need to get a special flash memory card first. I need to venture to Taylor Photo in BG since the Findlay one is closed.
Outside fighting the wind.... 4.24.2009
Friday morning before going to Findlay, we played outside for a little amount of time. The wind was terrible... at times Olivia would be trying to stay balanced. We pulled the wagon around, walked all over the yard with the dogs and then helped daddy pick up stones/rocks from the yard so he could mow for the first time. I love her biker shorts she is wearing and new hat I ordered from Amazon.com! It has a chin strap which was greatly appreciated on this windy day!
Early Birthday & Mother's Day Gift!!
While watching Elmo, 2 girls in front of us were using these wonderful cameras, pictures look great and were able to take 1 picture after another and never miss a beat! Well with my gift card money left over from my work and their $50 off this weekend, we endedup getting this camera for a great price!! Aaron said it would be my birthday/mother's day gift. With them being 2 days apart this year, he did very well!! I can't wait to learn how to use it and start taking some great pics of Olivia!!

Ottawa Park
This morning we pulled out of the garage at 10;30 am all ready for the park. It was already 65 degrees out and I decided last minute to do the Ottawa park and then do Tony's for lunch and Ice Cream of course! Olivia did the swings first and then we ventured to a play set that was perfect for her little legs to climb the stebs and the slide was small. I think she went back and forth over the bridge 100 times... she thought it was the coolest thing, and when she did it once she clapped. We did the slide here and there. We ventured to an old caboose that they have there for decor... she really didn't take any interest in it yet, but maybe next year she'll understand what it is. After that we ventured back to the car, it was a pretty good hike across the park for her, about half way she wanted to ride in the stroller. When we got all packed back up, it was 12 noon exactly. We went to Tony's. They were very very busy! I got her a cheeseburger and fries. Of course, she ate the fries and didn't want anything to do with the cheeseburger... I dont' know how to get her to eat any meat... I get so mad that I can't offer her any kind of meat that she'll eat. After we ate, I had to do the ice cream... Tony's has the best! She got a kiddy cone with a face and I got a small cone, both vanilla. She ate her cone like a champ! Afterwards we went home, she napped for nearly 2 1/2 hours, played outside some more and then ate pizza and played inside. It's been a great day!
