Wonderful Weekend

This weekend has been really great! We had something planned for every day and Olivia did so great with it all! Friday we had Tiny Tots as I posted earlier this weekend and then Saturday was a Mutt Strutt at our Fairgrounds. Last year Olivia and I went with Grandma Rosie and I got a Vera Bradley purse for 1/2 off. So this year Rosanne and I were determined to go. Aaron was off this year so we ventured up there and there were lots of booths, dogs everywhere and there was the Vera Bradley gal, I didn't see any patterns that jumped out at me but there was a "Black" diaper bag with zebra insides that I liked, but original price was $135, so half of that was around 60 some. I put it down and Rosanne was dead set on buying it, so I asked her what she liked, she pointed to a bag that she liked and I grabbed it and said that I'll buy this for her and grabbed myself a wallet to match the diaper bag, I spent $58 dollars on the wallet and Rosanne's purse and of course she wasn't happy with something else buying her something (I know she is reading this)...but she deserves it. She is always quick to offer to buy us things and never gets anything in return and Aaron and I talked about this on the way over, so it worked out great! AFterwards we ate at Tony's Dairy Queen and then headed home. Olivia took a nap and I started to get ready for supper, The Waglers came over and hung out with us, ate with us and then we talked the whole time while the kids played. Olivia and Paige are so cute together, and like sisters they have their moments but are always quick to get back to playing. Kendall is a little over 6 months old now and is crawling all over, she likes to watch the older girls play and is such a good baby! Sunday came and Olivia didn't wake up until close to 9 am and we were going to plan church around what time she got up. Jess had told me about some sales in Findlay and though I was hesitant to spend the money, I know that Olivia needed some nice new clothes to start the summer off with. She has a great collection of shorts, skirts and dresses. I got her 3 outfits, a dress, 3 pairs of pjs and 2 outfits for baby all for $58.! So I was happy with that. We then went to Menards, Aaron needed to get some new stuff for the weed whacker and then I got a qrt of paint to stripe Olivia's big girl room with. It is a shade of purple and then I have a green Castle from Uppercase Living that I'll hang along with her name. I hope to have that started and then done come end of June! With Aaron working everyother weekend and now going to nights here soon, it will be hard to get stuff done as I feel we loose a half day with him having to sleep and with him being tired all the time makes it hard too. After shopping we ate at BW3s hoping to get Olivia their Twisted Chicken FIngers that she eats really well, well those were for a limited time....ughh!! She ate all her fries and we could tell once done eating was ready for her nap. She stayed awake the whole way home, and then napped really well once home.
Our weekend was full like I said, but made it through with no fighting and Olivia did very well with some later naps and running around.

Tiny Tots

Friday was week 1 of Tiny Tots offered at BFR. Olivia did really good for her first time and was hesitant at somethings, which we expected. But she did really good at following directions, rolling down the wedge and crawling through the tunnel. She played very well at the end when it was kinda a "Free time" and even helped pick up some of the toys. Afterwards we did McDonalds and she was asleep not even 10 minutes into the ride home. We have this for 5 Fridays and it will be nice that Aaron can come to everyother one with me as he is off then!

22 1/2 Week OB Appt

Tuesday at 2:30 we had our 22 wk OB appt with the wonderful Dr. Schutz!! He came in and started right into wanting to check my placenta again at about 30 weeks. He said that right now mine is just near the opening and could rise with the growth of my uterus, but he wants to keep an eye on it.
He was happy with the baby's weight for now and would like to check that again at 30 weeks and again at 37 weeks.
Here in about 3 weeks I'll need to get blood drawn again for my sugar levels. It will be nice as it will only the be the 1 hour test this time compared to the 3 hour one before.
I am currently 10 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight and during my entire pregnancy I have gained 7 lbs. Which is kind hard to believe but I always ask at every appointment to make sure I don't gain a lot of weight.
We go again in May and see Dr. Perkins again this time. We haven't seen her since February when we lost one of the twins and I have been lucky to have had all my appts since February with Dr. Schutz. I am now scheduled through my due date.
Dr. Schutz will write me off for 8 weeks which I know will go by so fast! If I go into labor I will need to go to Findlay since Bluffton no longer does the VBACs. But as we go through the pregnancy we'll keep track of the baby's weight and the location of my placenta to better decide if a VBAC is even possible.
The baby's heartbeat ranged from 137 to 150 and Dr. Schutz found it just above my belly button... it is amazing how every appt he goes higher and higher to find the baby. Just shows how much it is growing!!!
I feel the baby move all the time, especially down low, and from the 20 wk ultrasound that would be from it's feet....sometimes feeling like it is digging to get out. I continue to have terrible tailbone pain and find it hard to sit for a long time and constantly moving around, walking during work or even switching chairs!

We feel very blessed and after each appt we are still in aww of the whole experience, even the 2nd time around! We have no idea what we are having and this time have no guesses!! We sit there and neither of us can say I think we are having....girl or boy. Like with Olivia we both thought she would be a boy for some reason, and maybe because we were wrong we are afraid to guess now. But our mom's think it is a boy. So we'll see as they were right the last time too.

A little note...

Baby 2
Olivia

So I looked up in my diary what Olivia was at 20 weeks.... she was 1.1 lbs already! So this baby is looking to be a little smaller so far. At 37 weeks Olivia was 8 lbs and 4 oz, so I am anxious to compare at that time. On another note... Aaron and I have been able to feel the baby kick on the outside now. Aaron moved his hand away so fast, he was a little shocked I think. When I was pregnant with Olivia he might have felt her once or twice... but as we know when they place their hand on your belly the kicking stops... ha ha!

My Uppercase Living Expressions....so far!

This one I just put up today in our Kitchen...we re-painted and finally finished all the trim... I love it!

This one is in the Nursery... I love it and Olivia always looks at it and says "pretty".

This one hangs in our bedroom...just as I get out of bed I see it.

!!! SURPRISE !!! Happy 9th Birthday Ryley & Hunter!

Wednesday we surprised the twins with a little party. They are turning 9 on the 11th of April and so mom was getting them for a couple of hours and had this wonderful idea. We all pitched in on Nintendo DS and games.... mom and dad got them a few outfits too. They were super excited and of course had their nose in the games the whole night. Olivia just loves being around them and Devin too. It was a nice noise to hear...kids running through Nana & Papa's house. Happy Birthday Ryley & Hunter...we love you sooooo much!

Our Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday, Olivia slept in her dress, so it was easy to get her ready. It actually wasn't her Easter dress, but I got tired of fighting with her. She looked good anyways and her Easter Dress will still be worn to church. We did Church with Nana & Papa (Aaron worked) and I even wore a dress....not like me I know! But we played outside, she took a bubble bath with her new letters and we just tried to stay busy and play.

Our Easter Gifts

She got lots of nice things from Grandma Rosie and Adam & Kelly and Kids. Her new fav is this doll set of triplets with magnetic clothes. Since she is into dressing herself, this was perfect! She also got new crayons, coloring book, purse, sippy and more. Thanks to everyone who made Olivia's Easter a good one :)

Aaron's Family Easter 4/2/2010

We had Aaron's family Easter on Good Friday... lots of food and everyone was there except for Jason's kids. Olivia wore her Princess Swimsuit and sandles...she was stylin! But here lately she must dress herself and have we had some winners!!
