It is so weird to see the nursery back to normal. With Olivia in her own room this room looks huge again. Olivia has a step stool next to the crib so she can peek in at baby when ever she wants.

Big Girl Room
Here is Olivia's big girl room. Lots of uppercase living and very "princess-y". We have white wood blinds to hang yet and need to touch up the purple stripe and nail holes in the trim. Aaron and I worked so well together completing her room and she really loves it!!!
Pedicure
Today Olivia and I got pedicures...she picked the color and I went with it. It's fun and BRIGHT! We had a great time doing it and I've really enjoyed this week home with her. I have more pics from the salon to post too!
Princess Pheobe
This was just yesterday, Olivia loves Pheobe!! Sometimes we'll see Pheobe running to hide and then you see Olivia coming right after her... usually with "pretties", or something to scare her with. You can see parts of Olivia's new big girl room. I need to take more pics and post. This is also Olivia's summer outfit...underwear!!! ha ah!

Scheduled and Ready to Go!
Friday July 30th we had our 37 week OB appointment. Olivia and Aaron came along, we saw Dr. Perkins who is very nice...but not Dr. Schutz! We went over a few things with our scheduled c-section in Findlay and then she checked me, and I was only fingertip dilated. She then did the heart rate....it was in the 150s and measured me... now measuring 39 weeks. I haven't gained any weight these last 2 appointments and still remain at 18 lbs gained.
Olivia was a hit with all the girls at the office...she wore her favorite dress, red/white/blue dress and her hair was pulled up in pig-tails, braided and twisted around. She got a sticker from one of the girls. We spoke with the scheduler and she had informed me that if anything in Bluffton would open up she would contact me immediately! I told her that we prefered Bluffton but wanted to keep it easy for Dr. Schutz, so what ever works better for him I am okay with.
We then headed to mom and dad's campground. Aaron and I were going to do a "date" night before the baby came and Olivia was going to stay over night with Nana & Papa. She was excited, we kept talking about it all week to her and she does really well with both of them. We got there and Olivia kept playing with the camper door...peeking in and out at us. My phone rang and it was the surgery scheduler at Dr. Schutz's office...she worked out a date at Bluffton!!! I was super excited, we have to wait longer than what we had before, but I am okay with that with it being in Bluffton. Dr. Schutz was okay with the date change and so were we :)
Olivia started to eat lunch in the camper so we snuck out... we got updates via text from Nana all day it was awesome.... she ate good, napped good, cruised around on the golf cart with Papa... and then went to Bella's 1 year birthday party with Nana & Papa that night. We got Bella a Ball Popper, and Olivia was able to give it to her. I think it is important for Olivia to know her relatives as much as she can. Mom and Dad said she had fun and even swam in the pond with Papa, Ryley & Hunter later on. She wore her floaty and was able to keep up with Papa. I will post pictures once Nana shares them with me :) She then ate a good supper, bathed and they watched movies while laying in bed....fell asleep around 11:30 pm.
Aaron and I had a great date night. Once we got home from the campgrounds, we cleaned out my car, installed the baby car seat base, and I cleaned inside the house while Aaron cleaned out the garage. We then showered and ventured to Lima. Ate at Applebees...it was great!!! It was so nice to just be able to sit, eat our food and just enjoy eachother's company. Of course we talked about Olivia, new baby and what was about to happen to our family.
We then went to Toys R Us... I wanted to get Olivia a present that she could open up at the Hospital when she came to visit us and new brother/sister. We picked out a Princess Castle that goes along with little dolls she already has started to collect. It was $50, but all worth it for her. We had a lot of fun looking down all the pink aisles.... I want Olivia to not feel left out at the hospital with all the attention around the new baby. I want her to know that we LOVE her soooo much! I also thought it would help with having her take it to Nana & Papa's to play, and make leaving the hospital not so hard on her and us.
I now go again next Friday, and then the next 2 weeks up until our due date. Looking forward to meeting this new little person and sharing the moment with Aaron, Olivia and our family!

Belly Pics - Aaron's Photography... tee hee!
Saturday July 17th (35 weeks pregnant) we ventured out by the Apple trees and took some pictures of Olivia painting my belly. She did a great job. She was upset when we were all done. I kept telling her that the baby was kicking her...she would laugh. Aaron did a great job taking pictures. Olivia picked out her dress, her favorite! Aaron started with a heart and Olivia colored it in...and then went to town. When she'd go over my belly button it tickled... I'd giggle and she'd tell me to "sit still".
I had all kinds of emotions running through me that day, my baby painting my belly... I just still find myself staring at Olivia thinking, "where has the last 2 1/2 years gone?". I told Aaron the other night... I've never thought that I could love someone as much as I love Olivia and soon we'll be welcoming baby #2... and the moment that Olivia holds that baby will be very emotional for me I know. I keep telling Aaron to be prepared for a lot of tears...tears of joy!
I am also trying to prepare myself that I am having 1 child...when we started out with twins. I know that the last 7 months we've known it was one, but I can't help but think about what could have been.
We look forward to welcoming him/her soon... can't believe that I have less than 4 weeks until we have this new bundle of joy. We've been trying to prepare Olivia for what's about to happen, and think she is just as excited as we are!

35 week 2 day Appointment and Ultrasound
Today I got to see our baby for the last time before giving birth!~ Aaron had to work today so I went solo….He/She was so cute! You can see in one of the Ultrasound pictures a perfect view of his/her chin/nose/lips... looks just like Olivia. Today I am at 35 weeks and 2 days....measuring at 37 weeks and 3 days. I've gained a total of 18 pounds.
The Ultrasound showed that the baby's estimated weight is 6 lbs 6 oz. Which has a 20% margin for error... could be 5 lbs or could be 7.5 lbs. Dr. Schutz mentioned to me that 2 weeks ago he delivered a baby that was supposed to be around 9 lbs according to the last Ultrasound and came out weighing 11 lbs 3 oz!!! My eyes about jumped out of my head!! I am not up for that!
Unfortunately, Bluffton is booked with surgeries from week 39 on, so we will be doing a c-section in Findlay. We choose to keep the date a secret (along with names) and will announce the birth once the baby arrives and all family has been notified. We are very excited to meet him/her and welcome them to our family and introduce to Big Sister Olivia :)
This past weekend we moved Olivia to her big girl room and the nursery is once again waiting patiently for the little one to arrive. Aaron has done a great job working through his honey-do list and each week I am more and more ready to deliver as I feel that I am falling behind with play-time with Olivia due to not being able to wrestle, run, etc. Soon enough she'll have mom, brother/sister and dad to play with.
Olivia is now going to Julie Hazelton’s for daycare. I am really looking forward to the next 3 weeks to see her make new friends and adjust to the new environment. Today she was able to go outside and play for a little bit. Each day will get easier for her and soon she’ll have a whole new group of friends to play with.
We look forward to the next 4 weeks of just Olivia and also look forward to meeting the new baby… I can’t wait to see Olivia hold him/her. God bless you all,
