Pumpkin Patch

Today at 1:20 we left for Suter's Pumpkin Patch in Pandora. When we got there I was dissapointed that they didn't have a "patch" to walk through. So I asked. Here they have a wagon ride on the hour out to the patch and through the woods where they tell stories of the woods and Riley River that flows through it. The next ride as 2 pm. We couldn't have had made better timing. On the wagon we go and we sat on bails of hay and off we go! He had puppets for the woods; raccoon, owl, squirrel, fox, deer and more. And puppets for the river animals; turtle, fish and bullfrog. Olivia would just watch him tell the stories. Then over the hill to the pumpkin patch. Thousands of pumpkins, squash and guards. This is the my all time favorite family day yet. The weather was perfect and I got to have my husband and daughter with me.

MY FAVORITE DAY YET!!

These were so cute!! Horses made from pumpkins, the hair was yarn and the bodies were barrels covered with potato bags.
Olivia is soo Big!

Tuckered out on the way home....
.... way tuckered out!

Aaron, Myself and Olivia (holding her little squash) smiling big!

Olivia coudlnt' look up, the sun was too bright! But look at all our pumpkins~!

She was afraid to touch them at first!!

The never ending pumpkin patch.... so many to choose from! The biggest pumpkin are only $4.00 and the smallest are $1.00.
The wagons we rode on.
Dad was excited to pick up a big one!!
Olivia didn't know what to think!
"I'll take this one daddy!"

This is Olivia watching Mr. Suter tell stories with puppets. She even snuck in a kiss to mom!

She looks so sweet in her little headband & matching shirt. It will be fun for you to compare her height on the pumpkin measuring board next year :)
