When we lowerd Olivia's mattress I moved her crib around. Well I liked it better the way I had it the first time and I think having her closer to the door that part of the room will be warmer. Unfortunately her room is the warmest in the summer and the coldest in the winter. Last year she was sleeping in our room for the first 6 weeks of her life and I was able to keep her swaddled. Now she is kicking off blankets, taking off socks and all over her crib. I hope her room stays warm enough!

Same with our girls rooms. I have learned that the really warm blanket sleepers with feet from Babies R Us are the best for a chilly room. Ava still begs to wear her old ones....I have to find a size 3 & 4 for her,haha :) Somehow she can still get in & out of them by herself to go potty!
